Think of Santa’s as a cross between Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles and Andrew W.K.’s Manhattan venue Santos Party House. The City itself is a cross between Blade Runner and a dumpster.

There’s a gun on the ground in the first panel, too…apparently people in this city are too lazy to go to the river to ditch their guns after they’ve used them in the commission of a crime.
